Sales Team Leader ( RAK)

JOB PROFILE
The person holding this position will be responsible for oversight of the designated sales team and the conversion of general sales leads.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree in marketing and business.
Over 4 years of experience in a similar role demonstrating track record of success in senior/leadership sales roles. Free zone experience preferred.
Fluent in English (Multilingual is preferred).
Excellent analytical ability.
Market-focused and results-oriented.
Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in strategies and techniques required for achieving sales target.
Possesses negotiating skills.
Responds well in fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong quantitative and qualitative analytic skills.
Presentable and confident enough to present on behalf of RAKEZ at different forums.
Good communication skills.
Knowledge of marketing automation and customer relationship management platforms (SF).
Excellent knowledge of advanced MS-Excel, Visio and Access.

Strategy & Research Analyst

JOB PROFILE
Responsible for providing key analytical support to the various business units in the organisation. He/she conducts necessary research and analysis for RAK, including Market and Economic surveys against best practice organisations to help make informed business decisions about innovation and growth

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or in similar fields.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, strategy or similar field.
Fluent in written and spoken English (Arabic is preferred).
Proficient English writing skills.
Excellent analytical and problem solving ability.
Strategy development and research experience.
Financial analysis skills.
Excellent risk and quantitative analysis skills.
Financial modelling skills.
Strong data handling skills.
Good communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS package, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
