Leads the Procurement team buying stock materials for Warehouse at Orpic, under Manager Material & Logistics scope’s, through; (1) Leads of procurement team for stock materials procurement to satisfy stakeholders through applying best management tools to achieve high performance and delivery on mandate, (2) the application of Company procurement policies and procedures in line with Company’s sourcing policies; in order to achieve efficient placement and expediting of purchase orders in an ethical & transparent manner, and (3) Coordinates Contracts and logistics internal as well as external stake holders; and (4) Ensure the procurement of materials and services to ensure that the company operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply; in order to achieve efficient placement and expediting of purchase orders in an ethical & transparent manner.
Provide the appropriate support on Facilities Information Management to all under Team Leader Records and Information Management scope, through; 1) providing appropriate support to all Orpic team in the area of Facilities Information Management being subject-matter experts on effective and efficient information-management methods, 2) Provide expertise and in depth knowledge including a high degree of technical skill related to Facilities Information Management, and 3) Develop standard processes to ensure that major controls are in place to ensure that all Facilities Information is complete, comprehensive, and granular enough for each process and user role. Also, these Information are accurate and readily accessible so that stakeholders can confidentially use it for decision-making; in order to support the growth and diversification of local content of Orpic products and optimise business performance and in turn profitability.
Carryout Inspection & monitoring of project QA/QC activities to ensure compliance to company procedures, specifications and standards. Develop, implement & maintain project related documentation including quality control procedures, inspection test plan, risk assessment as per project specification, applicable code & standard and compliance to HSE company policy.
