Facility Supervisor

The Soft Service Supervisor is responsible for supervising the soft services operations to include Housekeeping, Pest Control, and Waste Management and to ensure that all soft services team members, service providers and sub-contractors carry out their tasks in their assigned area, in accordance to the KPI’s, timeframes, frequency, in accordance to the contractual agreements, ensuring optimum visitor and tenant customer satisfaction.


    • Education: Graduate Degree holder with minimum of 3 years suitable experience in facilities or hotel housekeeping management and at least 1 year of supervisory role
    • Solid understanding of COSHH, OHSAS, and Quality Management
    • Ensure high standards of personal presentation and grooming
    • Maintains positive interaction and good working relationships.
    • Provide a courteous and professional service at all times.
    • Willing to participate in training courses to improve skills and knowledge.
    • Good communication skills both oral and written
    • Demonstrates teamwork, initiative and ownership
    • Possess problem solving and decision making skills
    • Good Supervisory, Planning and Leadership skills
    • Attention to details
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction
    • Ability to act quickly and appropriately in an emergency
    • Good knowledge of standard applications MS Outlook, word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Project Manager

The Project Manager shall be responsible for the management of the operations and maintenance of the *Infrastructure Assets for the assigned *Communities, to ensure they remain in good and safe working condition for the *Communities.


      1. Bachelor Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
      2. 6 years of work experience in the construction industry as a practising engineer.
      3. 3 years of which is in a senior or managerial position.
      4. 2 years of which is in the operations and maintenance of Infrastructure the U.A.E. or the G.C.C.
      5. Computer skills running program, MS Windows Office, MS Word, Excel & Autocad.
