Qualification : School & Graduation – Bachelor Degree

Job Details : Job Purpose: To maintain the computing environment by identifying network requirements, installing upgrades, and monitoring network performance Processes Owned : Infrastructure Operations IT Change Management Key Responsibilities: Establish network specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing router administration, including interface configuration and routing protocols. Establish network by evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilisation, throughput, goodput, and latency; planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration; defining network policies and procedures establishing connections and firewalls Optimise network performance, including performance tuning, troubleshooting, and escalating problems to vendor Secures network by developing network access, monitoring, control, and evaluation; maintaining documentation Upgrades network by conferring with vendors; developing, evaluating, and installing enhancements Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential Knowledge / Skills Required A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field, Master’s is preferred 5+ years of experience working in IT network and communication field 2+ years management experience, specifically managing network, infrastructure and communication department Strong understanding of network design, routing protocol configuration and management, network monitoring Suggested Grade.
Digital Business Analyst
Experience : 2 – 4 yrs
Job Details : Analyze business requirements for digital channels and Develop designs of target solutions Determine improvement opportunities and new initiatives across digital channels (Web, Mobile) based on business demand customer feedback and internal monitoring of channel performance Develop feasibility studies and rational for new projects and demand based on scope assessments and efforts estimates Develop comprehensive requirements specifications for new Digital solutions Develop financial and efforts estimates for initiative as well as business cases including costs savings, revenue opportunities, investment horizon ets. Participate in the delivery of new project reated to digital channels Ensure that relevant stakeholders are involved in specification of new services and / or major upgrades to existing services Strong communications skills to communicate effectively ides & concepts An understanding of user experience design principles and guidelines Ability to develop the user interface prototypes Experience in collaborating with visual designers to create graphical renditions of wireframes 2+ years of experience in a digital delivery related role
