Job Description:

– Install or repair elevator doors, cables, motors, and control systems.
– Locate malfunction in brakes, motors, switches, and control systems.
– Connect electrical wiring to control panels and electric motors.
– Adjust counterweights, door mechanisms, and safety controls.
– Test newly installed equipment to ensure that it meets the specifications.
– Comply with safety regulations and building codes.
– Keep service records of all maintenance and repair tasks.
– Assemble, install and replace elevators, escalators, chairlifts, moving walkaways, and similar equipment in building or residentials.
– Specialize in installation, maintenance, and repair work.
– Knowledge in maintenance and repair works generally require greater knowledge of electronics, hydraulics, electrical, and repair work for troubleshooting.
– Install safety control devices.
– Examine, maintain, and repair elevators as well as other conveyance types.
– Determine the need for and perform major overhaul or replacement of defective equipment.
– Meet and assist with third-party municipal inspections.
– With minimum one year experience on the same field. 
– With strong physical strength, and trouble shooting skills.
– Detailed oriented.
– Applicant must be able to lift and move pounds without assistance.
– Must be a strong team player and must be able to work independently.
– Takes direction in a positive manner.
– Must have demonstrated strong mechanical reasoning and comprehension skills plus hands-on mechanical aptitude.
– Candidates within U.A.E. or on visit visa who can join immediately will be on priority.
– Preferably with driving license.

To drive/operate and maintain company’s heavy duty equipments (Wheel Loader and Grab Crane) and assist in other appropriate works as assigned while ensuring safety of co-workers, vehicles, equipment, plant and other road users with utmost courtesy.

  • Day to day driving/ operating of the heavy equipment under the direction of foreman/ supervisor.
  • Strict adherence to Imdaad EHSQ policy, RTA, Police, DM and also UAE Road Traffic Regulations as and when required
  • Monitor and report any malfunctions and appropriate fuel consumption of the equipments.
  • Maintain the equipment Log Sheets
  • Assist in loading & unloading of materials as required in day to day operations
  • Carry out any other appropriate works as assigned time to time
  • Maintain cleanliness of self and equipment at all times.


1) Should compulsorily have valid UAE License No 8 / Heavy Tractor (Candidate with License No 7 & 8 – Desirable)

2) Should have experience in driving the Grab Crane and wheel loader or Grab Crane for at least one year and above.


  • Secondary School Leaving certificate with relevant trade certification from a recognized institute or with relevant trade experience.
  •  Should be able to communicate well in English and/or Hindi/Urdu.
  • Should be pro active enough to accomplish all tasks assigned in the plant.
