Graduate Mechanical Engineer with 20-25 years experience. Proven track record of Oil & Gas Flow line / Pipeline / Well heads EPC jobs to establish suitability. Looking for candidates with exposure in EPC with upstream facilities. Job Responsibilities Independently to handle Engineering, Procurement & Construction of Oil & Gas Projects Accountable for completion of project within approved time schedule and budget and shall ensure profitability Quality and safety shall be ensured Periodic report � Weekly / Monthly- for Management review shall be submitted Must have handled independently major EPC/Multi-discipline Construction Projects valued above US $ 200 Million. Skill Must have handled independently major EPC/Multi-discipline Construction Projects valued above US $ 200 Million Excellent Client Management skill Shall be adept in vendor and Subcontract coordination Good presentation/ communication Skills Go Getter attitude

2. Sr. Construction Manager:

Graduate Mechanical Engineer with 22+ years experience in construction industry with exposure to EPC jobs in Oil & Gas industry. Candidates with hands on experience in executing pipeline / flow line / well heads jobs in Gulf region is preferred. Job Responsibilities Proven ability to Plan Mobilize, manage, monitor and lead a multi disciplinary construction team to achieve projected targets. Over see all construction activities and ensure optimum resource utilization. Prepare execution plans. Review methods statements and procedures for construction. Participate and contribute to the planning package preparation. Good knowledge of HSE/QA/ QC Matters.

3. QA / QC Manager for Project:

Graduate Mechanical Engineer with 13-15 years experience in EPC project (Oil &Gas) out of which minimum 08 years experience in GCC countries. Job Responsibilities 10 years experience in QMS as focal point/ lead role Minimum 5 years experience as QA/QC Manager handling both QA/QC Activities Good knowledge of Codes & Standards related to Piping, Pipeline, Pressure Vessel & Rotary Equipment Adept in handling all QA related documentation, review of engineering specification/ MR for material procurement. Experience in Engineering & Procurement activities are mandatory

Certification Certified as lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2008 standard, ASNT Level 2 CSWIP/ AWS Level 2 BGAS/NACE Level 2.

4. Sr. Mech /Piping Engineer:

Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years experience in review of detailed engineering deliverables. Job Responsibilities Mechanical/piping sizing, wall thickness calculation, stress analysis report, optimization of piping layouts, master plan and isometrics Ascertain MOC for high pressure process piping and finalization of MTOs / Specification TBE of all process equipment / line pipes/piping/valves etc. Generate and check MTOs, drawing and datasheet Vendor drawing review for equipment and process packages Generate Tie-in & Shutdown schedules as per the client requirements Skill Familiar with international codes and standards Familiar with related software

5. Sr. Pipeline Engineer:

Graduate in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ years experience in review of engineering deliverables. Job Responsibilities Reviewing of engineering deliverables as per ASME 31.8 and 31.4 Review of engineering deliverables such as alignment sheet, facility plot plan, stress and buckling analysis reports and finalization of piping structural support and crossing etc. Review of all specifications/datasheets/material requisition for line pipes/pipeline fittings etc.

6. Lead Instrumentation Engineer:

Graduate in Electronics & Communication Engineering with 12+years experience with EPC companies. Consultancy exposure also will be considered. Job Responsibilities Experience in Control system engineering and other field Instrumentation in detail Engineering, preparation of loop diagrams, Review of data sheet for Instruments, Analyzers, Specification for the Bulk Materials, Technical bid Evaluation. Familiar with Quality / HSE / Contractual procedures & International Standards in Oil & Gas Industry Implementation of the Control system modification works for existing DCS / ESD / F&G systems / SCADA / Vibration Monitoring system / Flow computer / Wellhead control / etc. at site along with respective system Vendors

7. Sr. Civil Engineer:

Graduate in Civil Engineering with 12+ years experience in industrial civil work such as foundation, cable trenches, pipe trenches, pipe support etc. for oil & gas plants / petrochemicals / chemicals / refineries. Exposure in civil work in construction of well heads and flow line will be given preference. Job Responsibilities Review of engineering document and deriving input values of designs Structural calculation and quantification of earthworks, concrete, steel reinforcement and rebar detailing Civil material identification and coordination for civil items procurement Preparation of concrete mix design Coordination for geotechnical and soil identification Preparation of method statements, work and test procedures Site construction work coordination and to lead the construction team

Skill Knowledge of structural calculation software Interpretation of ADNOC and SHELL specifications

8. Project HSE Manager:

Graduate / Diploma in any Engineering discipline / Science Graduate with 15+ years experience of which minimum 5 years in Managing HSE in Oil & Gas industry. Oil & Gas Construction and Commissioning knowledge will be added advantage. Job Responsibilities Sound understanding of HSE legislative requirements Broad knowledge and experience in risk assessments and audit processes Develop tracking system for monitoring progress and keeping on track to capture findings are recorded and follow up until close out Keeps up-to-date on company HSE policies and procedures and follows them Able to priorities and multi tasking Develop and implement annual project HSE plan for the Contractor Competency in PTW Procedure including Contractor JPs Competency in HSE Management System Effective management of Road Safety Capability to make Contractor fully prepared to deal with all type of emergencies at work including emergency exercises Ensure that the Contractors fire and safety equipment are receiving timely preventive maintenance Ensure that welfare requirement is met To conduct HSE audits, inspections and Incident investigation

Certification: NEBOSH Diploma or IGC or equivalent. Possess training certification to conduct proper accident investigation including safety flashes Other HSE Trainings will be added advantage

Skill Effective interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills

Candidate worked with Major Construction/EPC companies in Middle East and having sound exposure in Oil & Gas Construction in Brown Field nature and who can join immediately would be given preference. ADNOC field experience is highly desirable.
