Purpose and Scope of Position:

To liaise with potential and existing clients. Responsible for planning and coordinating all events, ensuring that occupancy and profitability of both venues are maximized while at the same time exceeding customers’ expectations.
Promote GOLF related events such as golf team building and corporate golf days.

Main Duties:

Identifying commercial sponsorship opportunities for both Clubs and associating fitting brands to complement the Company.
To conduct site inspection for the golf clubs of the company.
Manage existing corporate partnerships and sponsorships.
Sourcing new corporate and private memberships across both Clubs.
Securing group golf bookings, societies and corporate golf days.
Increasing golf/f&b revenue through event across all venues.
To ensure that the agreed budgeted targets are achieved or bettered.
To ensure a prompt, courteous response and follow up to all inquiries.
To ensure that the accounting department receive accurate information to be able to correctly invoice customers.
To ensure cooperation between both clubs to enhance quality and service standards as well as saving and sharing cost by centrally coordinating all event related resources.
To develop new business in events for both clubs by practicing active sales and customer relationship management.
To respond to customer queries or complaints promptly and efficiently, ensuring that mutually agreeable solutions are reached at the earliest convenient time.
To carry out any other duties as when required by the Head of Department and Club Managers, which falls under the scope and purpose of this position.
To participate actively in weekly Sales management meeting.


Business Graduate / College level or similar
At least 2 – 3 years experience in Dubai in a similar role and International exposure in a 5-star environment
Desirable age between 25 – 35

Job Specifications: 

To undertake all secretarial and administrative support activities, inclusive of highly confidential and sensitive matters to ensure smooth operation of the Sausage Kitchen.
Maintaining filing and invoice records for the department.
Ensure mailbox is checked on a regular basis and incoming mail is responded accordingly.
Ensure the office is kept neat and tidy at all times.
Responsible for raising the purchase order & Responsible to process the required documentation of customer.
Communicate effectively with the suppliers and customers.
Answer the telephone and assist potential inquiries as necessary without having to cause the customer delay.
Coordinating with the finance department.
Preparing the timesheet on a daily basis and updating the Operations Manager of any discrepancies.
Taking minutes of the Sausage Kitchen Meeting.
Coordinate with sales, dispatch and delivery teams.
Send quotations to customers and follow up.
Prepare production reports.
Coordinate with HR department regarding trainings and admin related matters.
Maintaining time sheets of the team.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Role Purpose

The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading Marketing activities to ensure development , implementation and monitoring of the Marketing strategy that will raise brand awareness and drive traffic to the Clubs, with a strong focus on digital marketing activities. He / she ensures that the organisational brands are presented in a consistent way with specifications set by the brand’s owners and assumes marketing, public relations and corporate responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Head of Marketing, Marketing Team, Club Managers, Heads of Department, media suppliers and PR agency to create, plan and execute promotional programs to publicize and promote various activities or items
Lead and perform research studies to highlight consumers’ demographics and trends
Ensure proper execution of events through managing external relationships including all media & third party suppliers
Stay up-to-date with best practices in the Marketing Management area in order to continuously deliver planned Marketing initiatives in a timely manner
Manage the creation and maintenance of digital activities relating to corporate messaging, golf and leisure activities, including social media
Guarantee continuous compliance with set brand advertising and Marketing standards
Communicate effectively and efficiently with agencies across the markets while ensuring adherence to agreed procedures, cost agreements and service levels


Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent
A minimum of five year’s experience in a similar field
Strong experience in digital and social media marketing
Strong knowledge of key Marketing and Advertising principles in the MENA region
Strong knowledge of market research tools and techniques
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Proficiency in MS Office
