CNC Machine Operator – HMC in Dubai

Job purpose:

To operate CNC Machine to produce machined components as per the Drawing and meeting the quality standards.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Operator is Responsible for the Production / Output of the CNC Machine to get he desired output with repeatability and increased productivity.
2. Produce the output as per the specified norms fixed by Shift supervisor
3. Maintain and upkeep of the CNC Machine
4. Maintain Inspection report of the machined component
5. Dual machine operation – One Operator manning 2 machines in a shift
6. De burring of the machined component
7. Maintenance of Daily /preventive check list for the machine .
8. Follow the process sheet of the component .
9. Follow all safety procedures in the shop floor .

Desired Candidate Profile

ITI Qualification – With relevant trade
Experience – Minimum 2 to 3 years operating HMC Mazak Machines.
Skills – Machine drawing interpretation, CNC Programming knowledge , MAZATROL Smooth G controller operations, Basic Inspection skills .
Language – Read / Write -English

Site Supervisor in UAE

Job Purpose and Scope :-
Site Supervisor is responsible for servicing customers vehicles and manage the activities of the customers workshop.

Dimensions:-
Will the individual be responsible for a budget in their professional capacity (Operating / Capital)? – No

Number of Subordinates reporting to individual – Upto 7 (in one shift)

Main Job Responsibilities :-
• Manage the Workshop and the team of tyre technicians
• Attending to customers and execute job as per the job order (fitting + balancing of tyres and wheel alignment)
• Attend to customer complaints and offer solutions and maintain complete documentation for complaints process
• Maintaining job cards and other documentation related to the Service Centre
• Generating invoices after completion of job
• Managing inventories and periodical review of stocks
• Maintenance of machinery, equipment and other tools at the Workshop
• Preparing various reports and analysis and reporting MIS to line manager
• Housekeeping of the workshop
• Managing a team of tyre technicians
• Training staff on location and developing their skills
• Others as deemed necessary by the line manager or the management for the smooth functioning of the operations

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience : 2-4 years of experience in managing a Retail Tyre Service Center or Workshop operations
Education : Diploma in Automobile /Bachelor degree / Engineer in Automobile

Tyre Technician in UAE

Job Description

Reporting to the Site Supervisor the Tyre technician is responsible for inspection, mounting, dismounting, balancing, alignment and repairing of all types of tyres.

Main Job Responsibilities :-
• Remove tyres from wheel of vehicles, demount tyre, mount new tyre
• Perform wheel balancing using computerized wheel balancing machine
• Perform wheel alignment using latest alignment machine
• Repair punctures on tyres
• Receive and arrange stocks at the workshop
• Observe personal and work place safety as per set standards
• Maintain tyre changing machinery & equipment
• Housekeeping of the workshop and customer service area.
• Others as deemed necessary by the Line Manager / Supervisor for the smooth functioning of operations

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience : Up to 2 year experience as tyre repairer / technician
Education : Secondary School Certificate / ITI in Automotive
Competencies : Tyre repairing skills, Wheel Alignment skills, good verbal communication skills, and fair written (English) as well as good interpersonal skills

Job Purpose & Scope:
To increase projects sales through outdoor activity by contacting outdoor customers and negotiate contracts in order to achieve sales targets and to maximize profitability. Obtain and handle payments in accordance with the organization’s established procedure.

Main Responsibilities:
• Generate enquiries, follow-up and book orders for projects as per the target set by the division.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate , Minimum of 5+ years proven progressive business development, sales, experience in the building materials / infrastructure industry Eg : Internal and external drainage & access products, calcium silicate boards, cement fibre boards, glass fibre mesh , manhole covers , cork sheets , tile trims Building products industry with full understanding and awareness of the regions construction industry.
