Beauty Advisor

Job description :
1. Act as a Brand Ambassador by extending beauty product knowledge to customers
2. Provide consultations and offer professional advice to customers on beauty products
3. Promote and sell beauty products to customers
4. Deal with key accounts, VIP customers and retailers
5. Handle the counter cleanliness, display and maintenance of products in the work location
6. Manage stock inventory and make orders of stock when needed
7. Provide an excellent service level customer satisfaction during the sale

Job Skills :
1. 1-3 years previous experience with a beauty brand is an added advantage
2. Excellent English communication skills (Fluency in Arabic is an added advantage)
3. A high level of personal grooming and hygiene that would reflect the luxurious image of the brand

Sales Representative 

Job description :
1. Create a luxurious experience for each and every customer through the brand exceptional services (Welcome, greet, listen and advise all customers – learn their shopping purposes)
2. Advise, guide and help customers by providing information on current fashion trends and build customer confidence by offering suggestions and styling tips
3. Ensure a high level of after-sales services (delivery, quality, etc…)
4. Acquire and apply high standards of product/collection knowledge and selling skills to maximize on all sales opportunities
5. Participate actively and positively in all training events as well as in management meetings
6. Ensure that customers are introduced to the customer database and that details are kept up-to-date
7. Advise customers of events, new collections and preferred customer sales
8. Develop customer relationship by a close follow-up and monitoring
9. Ensure that all grooming standards are in line with the brand image
10. Ensure the right presentation of the products on the shelves
11. Check stock levels regularly and participate regularly in inventory management including cycle counts and re-stocking

Job Skills :
1. 2-4 years of experience in retail (preferably in Fashion)
2. Languages: English is a must and Arabic is an added advantage
3. Proactiveness, good personal grooming and good communication skills
