Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Undertake purchase activities, tender and contract evaluation, place orders and monitor delivery to provide the right products and services across MSML business unit. Negotiate with various suppliers to obtain maximum discount without compromising quality.
Key Performance Area Main Activities
Identify competitive sources of quality goods and services. Prepare and submit RFP’s. Ensure proper negotiation of terms and pricing to approve, prepare and process purchase orders.
Ensure purchase order compliance with procurement policies, procedures and communication protocols at all times and resolve discrepancies. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relations with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless business support.

Zakat and Tax Sr. Specialist
1- Job Purpose
Oversee the filing of BAHRI Group Zakat, Tax & VAT submition and ensure compliance with zakat / tax regulation and requirements.
2- Key Accountabilities
- Tax Compliance
Preparation and submission of BAHRI Group:
– Yearly tax return
– Vat returns
– WHT returns
Maintaining and calculating yearly zakat/tax provisions
- Transfer pricing compliance
Ensure compliance with regulations of tranfer pricing. Coordinate with advisors and internal stakeholders to gather and analyse the required information for submission. Ensure timely clearance of TP requirements for tax return filing.
- Tax Optimization
Keep abreast of applicable regulations and ensure allignment of Bahri Group and its subsidiaries with updated statutory requirements.
Review processes and provide advice on improvements and optimisation methods. Identify tax saving opportunities.
- Internal / external communication
Analyze GAZT requirements and prepare appropriate response.
Coordinate with advisors for handling overall zakat/tax matters.
Effectively supports employees to meet daily requirements/deadlines through addressing queries, resolving day-to-day work related issues and providing technical on-the-job training.
Advises functional teams or projects on his/her area of specialization and is able to lead multidisciplinary projects or initiatives.
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Fiscal Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a similar size company or big four firms (Zakat & Tax)
