Business Analyst
To develop and implement Critical Business and Financial modeling solutions, through information gathering, research, review, modelling and analysis.
Role Relationship Internal: Business Unit Heads, Legal, Finance, HC, Marketing, Research & Business excellence.
• Carry out research to understand the organization and its business direction
• Conduct analysis using mathematical and statistical methods, including financial modeling to propose feasibility and viability of proposed business solutions
• Research, gather, analyze and interpret complex numerical information and data
• Analyze company accounts, financials, profit and loss sheets and cash flow information
• Interpret financial information and modelling to predict business outcomes
• Assess and predict business / financial risks and returns
• Translate strategic business solutions and/or proposals that are concise, accurate and relevant using Microsoft PowerPoint, backed up with appendices to support the business case

Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job purpose:
Support the Talent & Development Manager in implementation of all recruitment activities in accordance with the company recruitment strategy, policies and procedures, as per local Labor Laws to ensure attraction and sourcing of right talent to meet the business human capital requirement. In addition, deliver consistent, prompt and high quality HR service provision’s to meet and exceed the needs of employees and the business and provide highest levels of customer satisfaction in line with the Company policies and procedures and thereby achieve the department objectives. All these pertain to full time employees for the group as well as consultants and outsource staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- Additional qualifications: CIPD/SHRM will be an advantage
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Detailed Understanding of the UAE Labour Law.
- Understanding of or exposure to the media/entertainment industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ERP (e.g. Oracle / Taleo) will be a plus
