Senior Specialist – Hard Facility Management

Job Purpose

  • Assist in the implementation of the overall strategic vision for Hard FM.
  • Assist in the contract scoping and tendering of Hard FM functions across all assets.
  • Provide technical guidance on Hard FM related activities to internal/external stakeholders.
 ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Hard FM functions include Engineering MEP, Engineering Civil, HVAC, lifts, chiller plant, BMS, fire systems, and other related functions.
  • Assist in conducting aggregation of Hard FM needs across all assets.
  • Assist in the scoping of Hard FM tenders in line with the tendering strategy and pooling maximization objective and perform the technical evaluation of bids on Hard FM functions.
  • Assist with the technical negotiation with bidders and recommend the winning technical bid.
  • Provide technical guidance on Hard FM services to FM related internal /external staff.
  • Perform regular Hard FM-related research, analysis, or due diligence to derive best-practice manning and pricing standards
  • Monitor and review of annual Hard FM budget based upon the FM Business Model and supporting SLA’s
  • Assist in managing the various disciplines of Facility management and Fit Out Delivery.
  • Recommend, defend, seek approval for and administer capital improvement works.
  • Maintain strategic alliances with service providers to maximise performance and minimise VO’s.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures across all assets including Health & Safety.
  • Develop and maintain a Facility Asset Register. Review building service’s delivery systems.
  • Actively participate in the review, approval of and code compliance of tenancy fit out documentation.
  • Assist in the evaluation of service providers performance and enhance contractual SLA’s and KPI’s.

Senior Specialist – Soft Facility Management (UAE National only)

Job Purpose

  • Soft FM and Security functions include cleaning, façade cleaning, pool and water services, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and security.

  • Assist in the scoping of Soft FM tenders in line with the tendering strategy and pooling maximization objective and perform the technical evaluation of bids on Soft FM functions.
